I’m not sharing what I did to prescribe that you should do the same thing.
I’m sharing it because my experience may open up new ways of thinking about weight loss in you.
And lead you to come up with your own new ways to make it Easy Effortless Fun to lose the weight you want to lose.
You may not have anywhere near as much weight to lose as I did. You may not have locked-in such a big Bad Habit Array about eating for as long as I had.
So while I’m not saying you should maintain your current weight for 5 years...
What I am saying is:
START WITH MAINTENANCE.
Consciously choose to maintain your current weight for a period of time while you lock-in the automatic Habit Array that will make losing weight and keeping it off so Easy Effortless Fun.
For you, 3 months can work.
I frankly recommend most people to do it for at least a year.
I know. That’s also a long time.
But the ease with which you will be able to lose and keep the weight off forever makes it worth it.
In future posts I’ll share powerful specific things I did during my 5 years of maintenance that were a blast to do. So fun!
